In an interview with The New Dominion today, Jill Holtzman Vogel sets the record straight on her stance against the proposed power lines by Dominion Power that would run right through the heart of the 27th District to ship power to other states.
She also corrects the falsehoods that her opponent, Karen Schultz, has been spreading about Vogel's stances and expresses frustration and discontent with Schultz's negative campaign blitz over the past month or so.
Give it a read.

And Schultz isn't? Her father was a lobbyist for Marathon Oil, ya know.
And please watch your language around here.
Why would you say she is "gravy training" off her dad - why wouldnt you say she is "gravy training" off her rich husband?
Following your logic, Hillary Clinton "gravy trained" her way to a seat in the United States Senate (and a probably nomination for President) because of her husband's political career. Wait a second...that is a factual statement.
At least Vogel has struck out on her own, politically. Her father and her husband have never held public office. Vogel's father earned his money by being a good businessman and a smart entreprenuer. Nothing wrong with that, that kind of honest work ethic is what we need in politics, and I think Vogel has it.
